Well Well Well... this is hot off the presses and although most of todays post will be enclosed in an edit this is just to announce my completion of week 1 day 1 of the two hundred situps challenge with a grand total of 73 situps combining all the sets and a max of 20 in the last set..... :) :) i took breaks a lil longer than the 60 seconds recommended though so next time im gonna try and maintain it pretty strict so that i get toned as said in the ask men article i read recently... progress regarding the couch to 5k run is still stagnant but hopefully i can kick it off soon...
